They offer far better dexterity than PMI rappel gloves for tending a Z-Rig or tying knots. 2 layers of goat skin and a 1 layer synthetic leather palm with spandex and air mesh for breathability. If your primary use will be for rappelling, we reccommend Lightweight or Heavyweight leather gloves. Weight 10.5 oz. (299 g). Made outside the U.S.A.
