The HollowBlock has earned its reputation as an exceptionally compact and versatile friction hitch. Constructed from 100% Technora® fiber, its unique 6.8 mm hollow-braid construction provides excellent grip while delivering the abrasion resistance and durability expected from an aramid fiber hitch cord.

Rock-N-Rescue now performs the sewn termination of our HollowBlock loops in-house, giving us direct control over the sewing process and allowing us to produce these critical components alongside the sewn life-safety products we manufacture every day.

The HollowBlock can be configured as a Prusik or Klemheist and is designed for use on ropes 7 mm and larger. Its supple, hollow construction allows the cord to flatten against the host rope, creating excellent surface contact and dependable gripping performance.
