The RNR Firefighter Extrication System is a pre rigged 2:1 mechanical advantage system designed to help limited staffing raise and lower a trapped or incapacitated firefighter. The kit includes 150 feet of 11mm HTP rope, three XL steel carabiners, two Petzl pulleys, and a storage bag. The Petzl pulleys help maintain proper orientation during use.
This pre-rigged 2:1 mechanical advantage system assists departments with limited manpower. Should a firefighter become trapped or incapacitated on an upper level, this system allows for limited staffing to secure the firefighter, and raise them out of an elevated area to be safely lowered to the ground.
RNR’s Firefighter Extrication System contains 150′ of 11mm HTP, three XL Steel carabiners, two Petzl pulleys, and a storage bag. Unlike other systems on the market, the Petzl pulleys will facilitate proper orientation.
