The Marlow 11mm Protec 500 is a heat resistant work positioning rope designed for rope access professionals working around hot surfaces and welding operations. Its 100% Technora cover provides strong heat and abrasion resistance, while high visibility indicators melt or fuse above 250°C (482°F) to provide visual and tactile evidence of heat exposure. The 11 mm rope has a 49.1 kN minimum breaking strength and is certified to CE EN 1891 Type A.
PROTEC 500 is CE EN1891 Type A certified 11mm Aramid Abseil rope with a 100% Technora® cover, essential for all Rope Access professionals who require a work positioning rope with outstanding heat resistant properties.
