The Rope Logic Thunder Sling is a lightweight aerial friction brake designed for controlled lowering in arborist rigging. Four Notch Rigging Thimbles and 1/2 inch Tenex Tec provide adjustable friction based on the number and direction of wraps. The 12 foot sling has a 5,000 lb minimum breaking strength and a 500 lb working load limit, while its simple design uses no moving parts.
