The Yale Veritas 8mm Upcycled Hitch Cord combines a 100% polyester core with a Technora and polyester sheath for durable friction hitch performance. Its construction provides long term durability and Class 1 spliceability, while the use of upcycled material gives each batch a unique color pattern. Veritas has a 4,050 lb straight pull minimum breaking strength and is designed for use in basket configurations.

8mm Veritas is an up-cycled premium hitch cord designed by TreeStuff and manufactured by Yale Cordage. Using high quality Technora in the sheath along with random colored shorts of 5000 denier polyester, this cordage up-cycles the materials that would have previously been sent off to recycling, providing a net benefit to the environment. Because of this, the colors of Veritas are constantly changing!
