CONFINED SPACE AWARENESS (NFPA 1006)

This Awareness course will offer entry level Fire / Rescue / EMS personnel a wide baseline awareness of risks in permit required confined spaces.  This course will also offer some viable options to rig non-entry rescue options for incapacitated workers and methods to integrate into smooth operations alongside a technical rescue team. This course will be taught in accordance with OSHA 1910.146, 1910.147, and NFPA 1006 – 2021 edition, Chapter 7, Section 1 (Awareness).
