
Students will learn advanced rescue techniques using various in-line and tethered rescue systems. This combination of classroom and practical hands-on training is required for PA-HART members.

Course Covers:
- In line-systems rescues such as Moveable Control Point, Z-drag, Zip Line, and dynamic ferry
- Tethered rescue techniques using Type V PFDs
Course Details:
- Course meets NFPA 1670 technician-level guidelines.

- 16 hours
Student Requirements & Prerequisites:
- Completed Water Rescue & Emergency Response Course
- Must be 18 years or older
- Hold a valid, government-issued ID
- Students are required to bring all appropriate P.P.E. for water rescue operations (dry suit, helmet, gloves, PFD, whistle, etc.)
