Its Hard Lube anodized aluminum construction is built for high load applications, while multiple rows of ball bearings reduce friction for smoother operation. The protective tooth design grips rope without excessive wear, and the cleat works with 3 to 12 mm rope with a 200 lb maximum rated load and 750 lb breaking load.
