The Marlow Gecko FCR is a traditional 13 mm climbing rope designed for double rope technique. Its durable 16 plait polyester cover provides a supple feel and strong abrasion resistance, making it well suited for use with friction hitches. The rope has an average break load of 3,270 kg and is certified to EN 1891 Type A. It can be easily spliced and is also available with a sewn eye termination.
