The Petzl TIBLOC Ultra Light Ascender is a compact emergency ascender designed for rope ascents, haul systems, and self rescue applications. Its automatic system presses the carabiner against the rope to begin braking, while the stainless steel cam provides reliable grip in muddy or icy conditions. Weighing only 35 g, the TIBLOC is compatible with 8 to 11 mm rope and is easy to carry on a harness or in a pack.
