The RNR 8mm Litter Purcells provide a lightweight, compact, and easily customizable solution for securely supporting a rescue litter during raising and lowering operations. Built from high-strength and field proven RNR 8mm Poseidon Series Prusik Cord, these adjustable tethers provide rescuers total control over patient positioning without the need of bulky hardware.

Purcells are an excellent option for litter rigging due to the easy of adjustment, energy absorption in the event of a minor fall or shock load, and extremely lightweight and packable.
