The Sterling 1.5mm Accessory Cord is a lightweight 100% nylon cord designed for tie downs, braided projects, and other general utility applications. The 1.5 mm cord has a 118 lb minimum breaking strength and is intended for non life safety use. It is not designed for use as a lead climbing rope.
These smaller cords can be used in a wide range of applications from tie-down straps to braided bracelets and any other non-life-safety applications. Accessory cords are not for use as lead climbing ropes.
